The rooms and bathrooms are spacious and well-equipped with a fridge and tea kettle. The staff is friendly and helpful, with a 24-hour reception and good security. Breakfast is delicious and worth the extra fee, and there is a 24/7 restaurant. You can even do your laundry for free if you need to!

There was some difficulty communicating with some staff who didn't speak English fluently.

The location might look like it is in a ran-down area, but it is pretty central and safe. The room was comfortable, clean and quite. We were able to cook ourselves in the hotel, this is something one seldom finds in hotels.

I had a wonderful time during my Easter break at this hotel. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. I loved that they had round-the-clock reception, which meant that I never felt stranded. , the rooms were very spacious and clean, and the bathrooms were well-stocked with toiletries and towels. The location was quite convenient - it was easy to get around the city from here and there were lots of local transportation options available.

The only downside to my stay was that some of the staff members did not have very good English language skills. This made it a little difficult to communicate with them, but I found that if I used gestures and simple phrases, we could make ourselves understood.

The 24/7 reception was very useful as I arrived late at night.

The only downside I found was the noise level on certain occasions due to other guests. However, it wasn't a big problem, and I managed to cope with earplugs.
